Who I Am
I'm Ryan, by day I work in healthcare as a Emergency Room Registered Nurse, spiritual coach, and someone who spent seven years on his own healing journey before building this work. After stepping away from everything to do the inner work, I came back with a framework that bridges western science and eastern wisdom.
I help people move from disconnection to coherence, not through theory, but through lived experience.
